forced air register redirect

Is there a way to setup a redirect at the register? My bedroom in 10' x 14' on the long ends I have a close on one wall and the forced air register in the center base of the other. We are getting a bed that would have a head board that has storage up top and leaves a foot between the bed and the wall. I would like to get something that would channel the air right and left, not straight into the back of the bed. I looked and can not find anything.
