NECA "MIDY" boiler???

Hello to all of you...I'm looking to replace my ancient home boiler (Crane "Sunnyday 11") and on Craigslist I came across this MIDI boiler: http://nh.craigslist.org/mat/4654717404.html. I used to do some heating and AC work years ago but have been out of touch with this sort of stuff for ages. Had never heard of said brand of boiler until today...are they a decent enough rig? This one is petty much in line capacity wise compared to the old one (Crane was 90,000 btu's IBR rating, MIDI is 86,000 btu's at .70 gph). Any thoughts or input on this is greatly appreciated!

That's a new one on me.... is it a 3-pass type?

Honestly can't tell from the ad on CL....the info tag is a tad blurry...As a guess it seems to be a pretty efficient setup, getting 86,000 btu's out of .70 gph of #2 oil....
