I need to teach the maintenance people in numerous apartment houses how to properly take care of their steam boilers. I want to post an instruction guide on each boiler. Does anyone know of a existing letter/guide, so I don't have to re-invent the wheel?  Thank You.

    usually includes a small instruction card with each of their float-type LWCOs. Maybe they can send you some.
