what is an accurate means to meter tenant heating from a central heat source (oil boiler)? all units are zoned individually

    Iworx system can be part of the system also because nobody will just take your math at face value .  You will also require a KNOWN Delta T . There are a few choices of circulator that will closely control Delta T . Taco VDT and Bumble Bee , also Wilo Stratos with IR option .
    You didn't get what you didn't pay for and it will never be what you thought it would .

    control

    we use Honeywell AQ control with communicating thermostats. you can set the max temp and check the amount of hours each zone runs. also is outdoor reset ready.
