Just curious why my thread was deleted come home from work to check it out and its gone.

I believe your post was deleted due to some personal conflicts that got involved in the thread (not your fault at all), mine and a couple other fellows. I appoologize for that. I think your question was answered. but I will take a shot at it.
If you have two systems that are the same and you pull 100k from one, it will create say a 1" pressure drop. if you pull 150k throught the same system it will create a 1.5" prersure drop. So the higher volume you are pulling through the system the greater the pressure drop.
