in THE MAIN WALL
gm1 4m  2009 observed high discharge out condensate drain @ 160F. Shut down burner. discharge continued for  15 min. system fill line was cold. est. to be .4 gpm. leak stopped and fill line warmed. has anyone had failures of these ss heat exchangers?

    update

    on 1/27 added spectroline dye to the boilerwater, it did not take long to appear in the condensate. after opening a section of the fireside skin the leak is coming from the backside of the supply header.
