Sizing a steam boiler

Can I get some help sizing a boiler for my two family home?  I've attached a file with the radiator dimensions. The attic rads are not in use.   I believe the new one that was installed is too small.

Any help would be appreciated.

    What size is your current boiler? Or at least the make and model. Hope this helps.
