screw terminal quick disconnect adapter

                    I see these terminals to allow attaching a solid conductor to a male quick disconnect tab on a relay. They come in two styles. One straight and one bent. I have looked and looked and not found them for sale anywhere. 
I don't want to use pigtails if possible.
Where can I find them for sale?
I suppose I could solder the wires to terminals...duh.
