I have a 1000 feet of non barrier tubing in a floor and it is going to

Heat by a cast iron electric boiler . Is there any thing

I can do without adding an extra pump and heat exchanger

    Pumps, and components is the only way unless you isolate via HX.  I would use an HX other wise your CI boiler is going to live a short life.
