Small 3/8" PEX manifolds

Working another small, tight house and wondering if anyone makes PEX manifolds in smaller sizes. I'm looking at a bunch of 3-4 port manifolds for 3/8" tubing which will be fed with 1/2" PEX and everything I have used in the past is suddenly looking oversized...

If

head losses aren't too high go with it . It is what it is . I would be careful of velocity noise though , you know what is right .

3/8" is the best answer for this

but I just don't see that many manifold options. Viega Minibloc is one.
