    condensation

Any time you are operating a DX or chillwater coil you will have some condensate if the unit is operating correctly and there is moisture present in the air stream,  the higher the relative humidity the more condensate.  check your cond. drain line and trap and flush them out if needed, make sure your trap and condensate piping are installed per unit recommendations.

    Insulate

Insulate the drain line with Armaflex as you would a suction line.

    Best Practice

It is best practice to insulate the condensate drain line for a minimum of ten feet to help eliminate the condensation issues.
