Carrier Blower Issue

I have a Carrier 58VLR105---11112 low boy oil fired furnace with a variable speed blower.
The green LED light on G is illuminated but the blower is not running.
How do I determine if it is a bad blower, harness, or board.
There is 120 Volt at the motor

Blower
You should check the capacitor first, then ohm out the motor to check for continuity, open circuits, or grounding.0 -
That motor
Dosent have a run cap. Don't think those VS oil burners have been out that long it may still be under warranty. Call Carrier direct to find out, just give them ser.# at 1800carrier.probley just the controller is bad and not the motor. If its still under warrant have them replace both.0
