I need HELP in New Jersey westfield area

My uncle is selling his 2800 sq ft home and has to change his steam boiler, I just do not have the time to run down there and do it {he's 4 hours from me so 8 hours of driving ontop of 4 hours to swap it out, far from home, with my schedule isn't going to happen this summer}.



I already bought the boiler and need someone to install it, basic old steam system {cracked 20 year old WM 468 in there now} with a single how water loop, oil fired Burnham mega steam going in... Anyone have time for something like this...
