Red Line 0-30 PSI Gauge

I am sure that there are probably a million reasons not to use or install one my boiler. But I just realized walking through the the shop at work that a 0-30 psi acetylene gauge would look really cool on steam boiler. Something like:

Especially with the scary red scale at over 15 psi. I doubt it would ever move or be useful, as my system only ever sees maximum pressure of  24 oz on a long run. But the cool factor would be high.....

    What difference, at this point, does it make?

    Well, I suppose there is no law that states you have to have a graduated gauge above 15 lbs.  I guess above 15 lbs should never happen with a properly functioning release valve.  But that is not the case according to accounts here.  Why not have a gauge that records the highest reading that can be reset?  Who watches the gauge 24 hours anyway?
