in THE MAIN WALL
hello everybody. I am 3 for 4 on my latest Lochinvar installs. I have a kbn106 and 2 sync sbn1000 running great. A kbn151 i installed in october 2012 has been glitch prone. Has 2 flue sensor fault and one fan speed fault. Lochinvar had me replace the flue sensor and harness. The flue sensor fault has not come back. Anyone have a fan speed lockout.

    Are you sure that you have a dedicated power supply direct from the breaker panel?

    most times glitches like that are caused by dirty power or poor ground. check all wire connections.
