How do you say thank you to a man I discovered right here on Heating Help?
What an incredible gentleman and knowledgeable to boot.
I first met Joe Kerrigan here almost two years ago when I was first trying to figure out a major two pipe steam nightmare shared between two buildings in Manhattan with all kinds of issues.
Joe figured out, patiently worked the details and we got things moving in the right direction.
Fast forward to present day and some genius has played with mu burner and suddenly a new nightmare has appeared. The burner specialist as he calls himself is nowhere to be found after some "minor" adjustments and I have half a building with no heat.
But wait,...let me call Joe....So there we are New Years eve talking about the issue and the next morning...BROKEN ANKLE AMD ALL...JOE KERRIGAN is at my building with me fixing the boiler specialists latest issue.
Unbelievable...and how do you say Thank You enough for this kind of man. He cares about his customers and cares about his work.
My hat is off to this kind of gentleman. And my thanks are not enough!!
