blower problem!

in Gas Heating
I'm tryin to help a neighbor. She has an old williamson temp-o-matic with a new blower motor and digital thermostat. Burner lights fine but the blower won't run. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    New Blower?

    Just a hunch, but probably wired incorrectly, or possible circuit board failure if it has one and in that case the old blower was probably good.
