Ray-Tec Garage Heater

in Gas Heating
Hi,I have an old ray-tec gas ceiling mounted heater in my garage.The pilot comes on but the main burner never fires off.Any ideas?

    That's the crazy part; there is no flame sensor.The only components are gas valve,electric spark standing pilot and thermocouple.

    Done

    Replaced bad gas valve (solenoid coil was bad)with new honeywell unit as advised on here.I'm nice and warm now :)
