Installed a new GV90-4, I reconnected to existing pumps (007's) in return and reused supply header and flo checks, reconnected excisting super store everything was functioning as it should (bled&tested only) Had to turn the heat on the other night again everything ok. Yesterday 5 loads of laundry with room tstats all the way down, all zones got heat. I let everything cool down fired up each zone no back feeding heat went where it should until the DWH then all zones got heat. It was not back feeding it was flowing from supply to returns took a long time to go through the other zone but it went through.

    Zone pumps are on the returns?   Where is the PoNPC?

    What is Po NPC? Yes zone pumps are in return we connected to the existing piping reusing pumps and flo checks . 2 Flo checks are Taco CI 2 are taco brass sweat checks

    Is the Point of No Pressure Change -- usually where the expansion tank joins the piping.



    It would really help if we could see a photo or at least a diagram.
