I just installed this unit in my house. All wiring correct all piping correct. Upon initiation turn on the burner does not come on however all the circs pump. I dont have the DHW connected yet and I am wondering if this is the reason that the boiler won't fire?

Rinnai in not opened till Monday so Im putting the question out there.

    Install

Not saying it isn't but how are you so positive it is installed right? If it is sure your not air bound? Take it your not getting error code and there is a built in flow switch.. No flow no go..

Disconnect the outdoor reset...Several ways to do it, your heater if installed and wired correctly will fire...Correctly means did the installer ck the programing...as well follow the book

    De-aeration

The boiler has a 17 minute de-aeration cycle once the power is turned on after that the boiler will function.
