I am just finishing.....
up a home here in NH, that is the only town that has adopted the 2012 energy code. Wow... it is very tough.... maybe too stringent. 3 AC/ hour is very tight.This house is a gut/ remodel so some parts are just not possible to attain. It will make building a home much more expensive to do now.0 -

be Durham. It is up to each town to adopt it. The '07 energy code it pretty stringent. During a home building slow down I can't see a ton of towns jumping on 2012 right away.0
