Vitogas 100 chimney cap need replacement

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a Viessman Vitogas 100 boiler with DHW propane. I have a 7" vent and the current chimmney cap is rusting thru. Is there a recommended chimney cap I should use?

    Is it B- vent.....

    or a masonary chimney?? If its b-vent then just replace it w/ another cap..
