Stainless heat exchangers and chloride

A while back, maybe a year ago I read a well written SA about the affects of chlorides on stainless steel. I did a search and did not find the post, Can anyone help. I would like to pass it on to a friend.

I am not a big poster but enjoy reading, as a owner of a Hybrid system with a 110TT and a 150 WM that heats a large building I am constantly amazed what that 110 TT can do. When I did the install  had a few naysayers said it wont do the job, I am here to tell you the secondary boiler has only run a few hours in the last two years only because I set the outdoor stat  to start it at 10F just to give it exercise.
