in THE MAIN WALL
has anyone else been seriously disappointed by carrier/bryant tech support? I had to call three times about an evolution system before they returned my call and that was 2 days later! I like there products but customer service at that company needs an overhaul. If i treated my customers that way i dont think i would work much

    It's not just

    Carrier, its everybody. They've had to tighten their belts with the reduced sales volume, and unfortunately tech support staff is an easy target.
