Up stair radiator not heating.

Hello All

I'm using steam gas boiler and it's stop working today.After the technician come to take a look and change for a new field vent damper, then one radiator on second floor not heat up at all after that.(that's one pipe steam radiator)Help me please.

    One may have nothing to do with the other.....

    How long was the unit down for?  There's probably other issues going on, or maybe you'll get heat back after a couple of cycles.
