No Heat Out of One Radiator

I have gas heat and hot water radiators. I recently noticed that I do not have heat coming out of 1 radiator in my one level home (the gas burner is in the basement). When I try to bleed there is no air coming out of the valve. When I feel the pipes going into the valve, they are hot, so it is safe to assume that the hot water is reaching the radiator. I change the bleeder valve and heat started coming out of the radiator for two days, then suddenly stopped. When I try to bleed no air is coming out of the valve. Also, I now have no heat coming out of an additional radiator in the room adjacent to the first room that had no heat. The house was built in the Northeast in 1960. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated and Happy Holidays.
