We have this job (boiler torn out by others after basement was flooded) where 30 feet of the main pitches back to the header riser, As usual, We piped in according to Burnham IN5 specs, ,, any idea about all of this condensate coming back to the header???

Is the whole main
pitched down to the boiler ? Or is it partly gravity return towards the other end ? How many radiators are connected to that 30 feet of main ?
Any problems down the road and I would pipe it as a counterflow system and keep the equalizer ( if it has partial gravity return piping ) .0 -
No rads
There are no rads of this 30' main, they start after a 2" bull tee going each way around the home. I don"t think there will be much condensate but I also didn"t tear out the near boiler piping> we"ll see Friday w/ startup.0
