I have a Weil Mcclain PEG-40-PI natural gas steam boiler. I want to replace the pilot burner assembly but cannot seem to find the exact replacement. Mine has the insulated silicone spark ignition lead, pilot gas tube and a <span style="color:#000000">White Rodgers 3098-134 flame sensor all on one bracket attached to the burner tube. Anyone know the part number for this?

Who made your gas valve?
The pilot burner is usually supplied by the gas valve manufacturer.
Does the bracket have a number stamped on it? Can you post a picture of it?
My best guess is 511-330-112-B (supersedes 511-330-112). It might say E50-A6 (with or without the - ) on the bracket.Just another DIYer | King of Prussia, PA

right on!
That's it! Thanks! The mercury flame sensor on mine would have to be swapped onto this one. Do they normally need to be replaced? As a maintenance Item?0 -
Nooooo!
Hope and pray it doesn't need to be replaced! You can't get them anymore. They're obsolete, and you need to upgrade your control unit, to the tune of about $300 (parts), and that doesn't include the pilot burner. Also, because they contain mercury they're a hazardous waste item.Just another DIYer | King of Prussia, PA
