Anyone have anymore information on this lawsuit mentioned in the sidebar?

I imagine if mr Gifford brought the suit, it would have been not frivolous!--nbc

    NBC- There's a lot of info on the lawsuit available on the internet using "Henry Gifford"in the search.  I think he has some valid points but unfortunately the  law suit got thrown out on procedural rather than on the facts.  "Green" is big business and involves big money and like "Global Warming" it isn't PC to question it. Not that "Green" doesn't have some good points, but IMO, just like "Global Warming" things have gone way overboard.
