what is an "overhead" fuel line?

The TigerLoop website mentions some problems with "overhead" fuel lines. What is an overhead fuel line? Is it a line that exits the top of the tank versus at the bottom? Or is it a line that runs along the ceiling/floor joists above your head?

    any similarities

Thanks.   That's what I thought, but I'd never seen one that was actually over my head.

Are they in any way similar, versus the tube that exits the tank bottom?

    the line

can either be on the bottom bung, or out of the top tapping. Either way, if it goes above the tank overhead to the burner, then it is an overhead line
