formula for btu's out of steam rad

in THE MAIN WALL
Does anyone know the formula on how to find the btu's of a steam radiator?  I have the EDR book by Dan Holohan and I can't figure this one out.

    That's easy

    each square foot EDR will emit 240 BTU per hour with air at 70°F and steam at 215 degrees (roughly 1 pound).
