Combi Unit?

I have a customer who wants a tankless water heater installed, but also wants to be able to add 2 small radiant zones in the future. This is a propane application. So I am looking for a combi unit that can be sidewall vented and not use the heating side for the time being. We have been using Navien for domestic applications and Rinnai in the past. I know several manufacturers make combi units, but I haven't to date. I usually go with a boiler and IDWH or a TT Excellence, which is a little over kill for this application. This customer has a 2 year old 90+ scorched air furnace and is currently using a 50 gallon 80% water heater.

Combi's
Navien makes a combi. We have had success with it. It comes in the same sizes as their tank less heaters.
We also sell the Baxi HT380 and we have had success with that also. Sometimes it comes down to price point. There was an error rendering this rich post.
