above head hot water zone off steam boiler

I added a hot water zone in my addition off my steam boiler and since then my steam pipes are knocking.

  Yes........
  
  It is wasn't tied in to the boiler correctly, you could be getting flash steam in the hot water loop.  Mad Dog
