Anyone ever heard of it?
Anyone know of any governments that have adopted it?
I know it was developed by the PHCC, but that is ALL I know about it.

NSPC 2006
I googled it and found a copy of the 2006 version0 -
almost all of NYS (even NYC to a large degree) go by
The ICC...International code council> I know some states are different. Mad Dog0 -
NSPC
The NSPC is the official, mandatory statewide code of New Jersey. There are no local codes that can supersede it. I also believe that it the current state code of Maryland.
It is a very stringent and well thought out code. It deals primarily with the interests of public safety and not the interests of the manufacturers and unions.0
