baxi luna parts? Do they exist in north america?

hello everyone i have a baxi luna 1.310 fi boiler that runs my infloor heat and domestic hot water system in my home. some time last night when the temp outside was -10 the circuit board starting arcing and sparking and i've spent all day trying to find a new circuit board on line with not much luck, except on some french web site. anyone know a good pars suppler they can snuggest for baxi parts?
