Looking for good steam help in Detroit/Downriver area

Hi. I recently tried to get my boiler repiped, but was left without money and without heat. I am going through the DHS for help as a result. (State of MI) I got the grant for a couple of contractors, but they never showed up to do the job after I went through heck to get the voucher. This has been going on since October.

    I called them yesterday and have been emailing pictures. I don't think they are interested in it because of the way it will be paid. Don't think they have a state id number.

    Its gotta be a different reason that he is unable to help you.  He had an EIN when he worked for us.
