Does anyone have any experience with Ventrite #1 adjustable vents? I think I am going to use Gorton #2s for the mains, and I was thinking about using Ventrite #1s for the radiators and dialing them in for balance. Any reason not to?

The Ventrite #1's have a range of 0.020 (setting 1)to 0.125 CFM (setting 8) at 2 oz of pressure. they will work fine but if you have a huge radiator you might want a Hoffman 1A (0.220 CFM @ 2oz - at the highest setting) for that one radiator.
the great thing about the adjustable vents is they give you a lot of leeway so you can dial in the right venting.
