Can the water viscosity ruin a pump . If so how do you fix the problem.
Had a pump fail ,after talking to the rep, he told me that the water in the building was destroying the pump. What would cause this.

What makes this water special?
Is the pump on a hotwater system? Is the pump over sized? This could cause cavitation. any more details?Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
