I have a older boiler with baseline radiators, one of the joints at the end of the radiator is leaking slightly. can i just clean it up an solder it? if not is there a way to fix this without replacing it?

It needs drained dry first
then heat it and separate it and clean it well then reassemble after it cools pressure test then bleed.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
