Ornamental reducing bushing

Does anyone know where to get ornamental reducing bushings (new or used)? Or, are there any professionals out there who can drill & tap two antique Rococo radiator bushings for me, for a fee? They are currently tapped for 1" and I am fairly sure (I have not measured yet) that I need 1 1/4" FNPT for my one pipe steam supply valve spuds.
Thank you,
Mike
