munchkin boiler problems

I have had a munchkin for about 12 years, no problems till last year when board went bad fan disintegrated etc.   lots fixed.  went to fire up this year and all it will do is go through the initial vent phase and then stops and does nothing.  Any suggestions?  Have cleaned the igniter and the sensor both of which are less than a year old, but still no spark.

    Have tech come in and do internal service on boiler

    Your heat exchanger is most likely fouled with sediment debris on the combustion side. This needs to be done by qualified tech and it is a bit tricky. Make sure whoever does it has a combustion analyzer. Good luck.

    no spark?

    Does it shut-off before it tries to light?  Can you hear the gas valve click open or hear the spark igniter try to spark?

    Tell us a little more.

    Does the display say anything?  any error code?
