Tubing tie down tool.

Once up on a time i seen where somebody was selling a tool to tie down tubing to the mesh. It was shaped like a gun, had a long barrel, you walked a long pushed it down on the tubing and pulled the trigger, and you were tied. This would obviously save an old man from spending all day bent over.

Who sells these things? Are they still available? Did they work?

Heatway...

use to have a tye tool that used plastic square tie that went into a tool that you could use standing up. But they went the way of the dodo bird...

There are some really cool rebar tying tools that work almost as fast as a stapler, but you still have to bend over.

Thank You Mr. Eatherton.

I checked out the links you attached but they were a little too costly for me. Fortunatly, the GC's are very slow and my boss is very kind; so as of yet no pins have poped out of this old back.

Now what I need is is a way to protect the fingers from the wear and tare of the plastic ties. I'm gona cut the finger tips off some leather gloves and see if that will work.
