    Hot water heater actually

    it was paired with a storage tank. I actually have the book on my shelf with the ratings, I will look it up later in the week and post it here.

    Water heater

    We had one of them when I was a kid. We had a coal fired octopus for heat and what we called a pot stove or jack stove for hot water. The basement was always warm and dry but couldn't say that for the house when it was cold out. There's a water jacket in the pot stove and circulation through the storage tank was gravity.
