TT-110 Rusting

I just noticed rust inside my TT-110 where I never would have expected it. So I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this condition. Plus, I also wonder if it will cause additional problems down the road. I am experiencing difficulties loading a pic of this nut & screw, but it is the top left screw atop the heat exchanger.
*** For some reason I cannot attach a photo. Is there something I am missing?
