    yes i believe they are now invensys. the system we have is about 20 years old and we have been slowly changing to tac  floor by floor building by building. we have 14 buildings and about 1 million square feet of office space. and we are about  1/3 of the way to new  controls. but then the slow down hit and we have to keep the old stuff running. its been pretty stable for 20 years so we got our money's worth.
