Any of you guys ever had a customer moved to the state in live in a home with a air to air heatpump?

What a humbling experience for them and a trying time for me.Any sound they hear like when the reversing valve shift will create a service call.A defrost cycle will have them calling you saying my heatpump is on fire.

And it seem to be they always seem to rent a home where i have a service contract on the equipment.

Always me.LOL.

    had a customer from Sweden

    who wrapped the smoke pipe with rubbatex tape, to save fuel.

    It didn't turn out well, I couldn't believe it.
