Have a 120 v #67 LWC hook up to a 120V mcdonnell miller unimatch water feeder, LWC only works somtimes when i test it, i belive switch is getting caught up do i need to change entire unit? is it worth just trying to fix switch? Any suggestions or fixes the unit is not cheap.

Manufacturer recommends replacement after 10 yrs. If not that old, take it apart and clean it well. Debris can build up in the bellows and cause problems like you describe. You should do this at the very least every 2 years or more often if boiler water is dirty, but you take care of that too.....parts and gaskets are readily available for rebuilding this control.0
