trimming a large pump impeller

I visited this TVA Raccoon Mountain hydro-electric site in TN. They pump water up 1000' store it in a large reservoir, then drain back through the pumps to generate electricity.



Unless I was hallucinating I though the guide mentioned 7 MILLION gpm from the pump station.

    City planners says at the end of the proposal

    So I think we should just leave it there and build the courtyard around it....what da ya think?....leave it?...I thought so.
