Replacing Entran

Went to a call for a boiler replacement in Colorado high country.  Discovered entran tubing through the house, and snow melt area.  Notified the home owner, and they contacted entran settlement.  They would like it replaced, any advice would be appreciated.  Should slab and lightweight be removed or should i just go with radiators?

Is there any documentation I need to provide for the claim for the homeowner?

    Low Temp Radiators

As a wholesaler we have run into this problem a few times.  Looks like you have a nasty one on your hands.  The good news is with the advancements in both boilers, radiation and controls you can provide a number of "good" solutions to this ugly problem.

I have been watching Jaga http://www.jaga-usa.com/ for a number of years from across the pond and it looks like they are finally here.  They offer a true low temp radiator solution that could work well in this solution.

As for the snowmelt...no way around a complete do-over.

    Good Luck

    They'd best hurry...

Cut off date is November 19th.

Local contact would be Holland and Hart, ask for David Black, attorney.

On line forms available at http://www.entraniisettlement.com/usclaimform.shtml

It's not so much a case of "You got what you paid for", as it is a matter of "You DIDN'T get what you DIDN'T pay for, and you're NOT going to get what you thought you were in the way of comfort". Borrowed from Heatboy.
