New header please comment

Well, here it is. I moved the LWCO to the front from the side, and added a manual reset LWCO as well. It used to have just one pipe to the main, no header. Decided to go 3" on equalizer.

    I think it`s great too Tim,,,

    I`m a little lost though,,, what was the cherry-picker for?

    I thought you were re-piping the header.

    Looks real good to me

    the only thing I would have done differently was to have dropped the header. How does the system run now that the boiler is properly piped?

    I considered dropping the header, but didn't think it needed it given the improvements. I took these pics today, still a bit of piping to go. The engine picker was to lift one end at a time and move it several feet from the wall so I could pour a level pad, then use a come-along to move it back up onto the pad with 1" pipe cut into rollers. It ws just sitting in the corner on a very sloped portion of the floor near a drain.

    Those 4 footers & compound wrenches do take their toll on the body ,,,, eventually.  ;-)
